Hi Everyone! I just bought this online course and am excited to get started! I was hoping to sign up for the somatic live 200 hour course but my life is in transition currently so the “ set your own pace” online course looked like a wonderful alternative to get started now! How many of you have taken the online and then also signed up for the 200 hour course? I attended the three day live in April and it was amazing!!! Thank you, Jamie and all! This work is GOLDEN and I’m excited to learn more about it for myself, as well as hold space for others in the future. Breathwork is healing one heart/body/spirit at a time and in turn healing the world!🌍 I am excited to incorporate Breathwork with my rescue horses as well.
