You know that new house or increased income or thriving relationship or growing business that you’d like to enjoy? It’s totally possible for you. 100% Not you from yesterday with the same patterns of thinking that got you to today. But future you - the one who’s more anchored into confidence and clarity. Identity shifts are essential to change. If you want change, please lovingly break up with that old version of you - the one with the stories if disempowerment, excuses, fear of what could go wrong, and ongoing personal neglect. You could show that version the door. And then reset to the values you want to embody. List out how this person would act, their daily disciplines, and their boundaries. I guarantee this future self says NO to things you may be currently saying YES to. So important to define this! Personal note: this is absolutely one of my favorite things about being an entrepreneur. I’ve changed so much and am changing again. It’s one of my favorite parts about having a team and working with those committed to embodying this future self now. Identity is key!
