Let's Welcome Amy! 🎉
Hi, @Amy E Sparks ! Welcome to Skoolology! 😊 I'm especially excited that you found us through my post in Online Profit Mastery. I'm so glad it resonated enough to bring you over! I took a peek at Best Digital Life Harbor, and I love how clearly you've defined who you're building for and what you want to help them create. Your goal of strengthening your Classroom also caught my attention. One of the things we explore around here is not necessarily how to put more into a community, but how to figure out what members actually need to help them move forward. Sometimes more is the answer. Sometimes less, but more intentional, is even better. 😊 I think you'll have fun exploring that with us. Jump in, ask questions, share what you're working on, and don't be afraid to let us learn alongside you. So glad you're here, Amy! 💙

📌Welcome to Skoolology!
We're so glad you're here. 👋 If you're building a community and wondering... - Why aren't my members engaging? - What should I improve first? - How do I build a community people don't want to leave? You're in the right place. Skoolology is a learning community for community builders who want to stop guessing and start improving. Together, we study what works, test ideas in real communities, and learn from each other's experiments. Before we talk about your community... Let's get to know you. 👋 Your first step takes about 10 seconds. 👇Drop ONE WORD in the comments below. It might be: • A value you live by. • A word that describes the community you're building. • Or simply a word that's meaningful to you today. We'll create something special from your word and welcome you personally. ❤️ We read every single one. Your next step When you've posted your word, head over to the next pinned post and take the 5-minute Community Snapshot. It will help you discover exactly what to improve next. Welcome! Donna & Todd Learn. Build. Lead.

Joyce! Welcome to Skoolology! 💙
I smiled when I saw that you found us by following along. Thank you for being here, @Joyce Tyson ! I also noticed you're thinking about starting a community and exploring ways to earn income online. You're actually joining us at a really good stage, because you don't have to have everything figured out before you begin learning what makes a community work. One thing we talk about quite a bit here is starting with the people you want to serve and the change you want to help create, then deciding what kind of community, if any, makes sense around that. With your years of service and the work you've done helping others, I imagine you'll bring an interesting perspective to those conversations too. Take your time, look around, ask questions, and learn alongside us. We're glad you're here, Joyce! 😊

🎉 Let’s Show Lynne Some Skoolology Love!
One of our own is building something new! @Lynne Vella is launching a brand-new community, and I thought this was the perfect opportunity for us to do what good community builders do... Cheer each other on.📣 There’s absolutely NO expectation that anyone joins unless Lynne’s community genuinely interests you and feels like a good fit. This is simply about supporting someone who is taking that exciting, slightly scary step of putting something new out into the world. Support can be pretty simple: 👏 Celebrate the launch 💬 Leave an encouraging comment 👀 Check out what she’s building 📣 Cheer her on from the sidelines Because building a community can feel a little lonely sometimes. It’s nice to know you’ve got people in your corner. @Lynne Vella the floor is yours! Drop the details about your new community in the comments. Tell us what you’re building, who it’s for, and what you’re most excited about. And since we’re all here to learn from each other, tell us this too: What’s ONE thing you’ve learned while getting your community ready to launch? Then, once you’ve had a little time on the other side of launch, I’d love for you to come back and tell us how it went and what you learned along the way. Skoolologists, let’s give Lynne a proper cheering section. ❤️ Because this is part of community building, too. We can build our own thing AND root for someone else building theirs.
