Sleep log 🛌 - Slept at 1.30AM. - Woke up at 9.30AM - Total sleep hours: 8hours Motivation of the day 💪: Demotivate huna ka time ni ha, abhi boht km praa hn krna ka lya, jb sb complete hugye then suchu gi iss bara m🥲. Day start section: - Woke up at 9.30AM - 9.30- 10.30AM Make my bed+ Breakfast. - 10.30-12PM Solve some QR queries for quiz. Took help from a friend through call again and again because I was absent when teacher teach that lesson 😔. - 12- 12.20PM done with lunch. - 12.20- 12.45PM Walk. - 12.45-1PM Had a quick meeting with HNK team regarding to agenda and selection - 1PM- 2.30PM Community engagement, read some post of girls, discuss interest with Qandeel and Masheeza, still in search of those girls who align according to mine strategy. - 2.30- 3.10PM Shower 🚿 - 3.10- 3.45PM thuri sii dhoop ju k jaa chuki thi. - 3.45-4.30 Asr+ Qaza Zohar. - 4.10- 4.35PM recite Quran with Tajweed ( made tea ju k heater pr hi bnayi thi). - 4.35-5.35 PM Surah Al Fatiha Tafseer by Noman Ali ( best moment of the day). - 5.35- 6PM share Quran journalling in Community, want to get response, to clear my Query but still didn't. - 6- 7PM Have a discussion with Family. - 7-7.20PM Dinner 🍽️. - 7.20- 8.15PM MVS session+ prepare report regarding to my project. - 8.15-9PM Had a final overview, send the report to HOD. - 9-10PM Scrolling through Linkdlien, had a chat with my one of old friend, unexpectedly met through Linkdlien. - 10-10.30 try to make to do list but srf dmag m hi sucha. - 10.30PM onward kuch bhi ni kya soooo gi. Achievement of the day - Done with quiz. - Prepare report. - Take initiative of Tafseer ( best step). What not to do: I don't want my negative version to let me down like all of sudden I was so negative with my energy and it feel like that I'm facing my old version again which I direly not wanted to do.
