Day-3 | 3/12/25 | Goal: Learn and groom with earning challenge

Sleep log - Sleep at 2AM - Wake up at 8.30AM Total hours = 6 and half hours Reminder of the day: - You just need to clear your Nyat and have to be real with your words, what's written for you will be yours Inshallah. Day start Section: - wake up at 8.30AM - 8.30-9.25AM Had my Breakfast and check whatsapp msgs. - 9.30AM Straight at my desk. - 9.30- 11.25AM meeting with HNK (follow lead generation agenda and 1 cover letter also review of previous CV letters), drmyan m 18min ka break bhi lya tha aik friend ki helpout krna bhgg gyii thi. - 11.25AM-12.15 Offer Zohar+ 2 rakat qaza Fajar. - 12.15-12.40 PM had lunch (Aloo naan+ raita). - 12.40-1.15PM get ready for uni. - 1.30-2.45PM Done with one class. - 2.45-4PM 2 class done - 4-5.30 went to I-10 markaz have to do some grocery from D.Wtson. - 5.30-6.15PM Offer Maghreb+ Qaza Asr. - 6.15-6.30PM Chaaaaai bnayi (the most awaited part of the day is having a cup of tea on my cozy bed with no mobile)🥹, spna hi reh gya h ab tu. - 6.30-7.15PM khub wali community checkout. - 7.15-7.40PM session with Raima On MVS. (bidding and QnA) - 7.40-8.30PM Biochem online class + sr ku mute krka dinner (sbzi chawal) kya🫠. - 8.30-9PM Offer Esha. - 9-10PM hangout session with Haroon sr on VA+ complete some lead generation task with HNK - 10-11.30PM Umair sr live session on brand identity and skool description. Acievement of the day: - Learn lead generation through insta. - Grocery done - complete 4 cover letter + save 4 more jobs. - Overall, I had tried to be accountable today for every task assigned to me on time. Prayer Log: - Fajar= - Zohar= 12.20Pm - Asr + Maghreb = 5.40PM - Esha= 8.40PM To do List; - Gym registration - ppt - 10 CV letter. - Prayers on time.

Day-1 | 30/9/25 | Goal: Personal Grooming
Sleep log 🛌 - Slept at 1.30AM. - Woke up at 9.30AM - Total sleep hours: 8hours Motivation of the day 💪: Demotivate huna ka time ni ha, abhi boht km praa hn krna ka lya, jb sb complete hugye then suchu gi iss bara m🥲. Day start section: - Woke up at 9.30AM - 9.30- 10.30AM Make my bed+ Breakfast. - 10.30-12PM Solve some QR queries for quiz. Took help from a friend through call again and again because I was absent when teacher teach that lesson 😔. - 12- 12.20PM done with lunch. - 12.20- 12.45PM Walk. - 12.45-1PM Had a quick meeting with HNK team regarding to agenda and selection - 1PM- 2.30PM Community engagement, read some post of girls, discuss interest with Qandeel and Masheeza, still in search of those girls who align according to mine strategy. - 2.30- 3.10PM Shower 🚿 - 3.10- 3.45PM thuri sii dhoop ju k jaa chuki thi. - 3.45-4.30 Asr+ Qaza Zohar. - 4.10- 4.35PM recite Quran with Tajweed ( made tea ju k heater pr hi bnayi thi). - 4.35-5.35 PM Surah Al Fatiha Tafseer by Noman Ali ( best moment of the day). - 5.35- 6PM share Quran journalling in Community, want to get response, to clear my Query but still didn't. - 6- 7PM Have a discussion with Family. - 7-7.20PM Dinner 🍽️. - 7.20- 8.15PM MVS session+ prepare report regarding to my project. - 8.15-9PM Had a final overview, send the report to HOD. - 9-10PM Scrolling through Linkdlien, had a chat with my one of old friend, unexpectedly met through Linkdlien. - 10-10.30 try to make to do list but srf dmag m hi sucha. - 10.30PM onward kuch bhi ni kya soooo gi. Achievement of the day - Done with quiz. - Prepare report. - Take initiative of Tafseer ( best step). What not to do: I don't want my negative version to let me down like all of sudden I was so negative with my energy and it feel like that I'm facing my old version again which I direly not wanted to do. To do list ✓ - Have to read book, procrastinating for a long time on the name of time ni h. - Basketball ball 🏀 kal s pka jaoo gi😔. - Creative practice of cover letter.

Today I discovered powerful strategies for building a website and launching offers effectively. The most important principle I learned is the 80/20 rule: how to do just 20% of the work while achieving 80% of the results. I slept at 3:30 am. 😴 woke up at 5:30 am ⛅ 5:31 → 5:45 → meditation 5:50 → 6:00 → fajar 6:00 → 7:30 → walk 7:55 → 8:30 → exercise 8:35 → 9:00 → hospital/breakfast 9:00 → 12:30 → rest → lunch → prepare for the exam. 1:00 → 2:00 → reached exam hall 2:00 → 6:30 → reached home/dinner 6:30 → 8:00 → rest 8:30 → 10:00 → study 10:30 → 12:00 → post on LinkedIn → prepare for next day 12:30 → 1:30 → again study 1:30 → 2:00 → make notes 2:00 → 2:30 → meditation → imagination 2:30 → 3:00 am → day end “I had a good day today. I’m preparing myself so that after my exams, I can fully focus on my clients and complete my challenge."

I’m preparing myself so that after my exams, I can fully focus on my clients and complete my challenge." IMPORTANT NOTE "In my journal, I won’t be sharing anything about my prayers because spirituality is something very personal to me. That’s why I prefer not to share any kind of prayer.”

Today's lesson “Never lose your self-worth. Don’t overthink about who might judge you. If you’re confident, show it. Speak up. Make eye contact so people know you carry your own value. Never lower your voice out of fear of being judged.” I slept at 3:00 am. 😴 woke up at 11:30 am. ⛅ 1:00 → 2:00 → reached exam hall 2:00 → 6:30 → reached home/dinner 6:30 → 8:00 → rest 8:30 → 10:00 → walk mother 10:30 → 12:00 → post on LinkedIn → prepare for next day 12:30 → 1:30 → healing session 1:30 → 3:00 → study → journaling 3:00 → 3:30 → imagination 3:30 → 4:00 am → day end “I had a good day, with no judgment. I’m happy, and I know I’m working on myself even during my exams. I truly appreciate myself. I’m glad that I’m aware of everything, good or bad. I’m emotionally mature, and I’m not emotionally attached to anyone, so no one can hurt me.”
