Grocery Prices by Budget
As requested by @Amit Sood, see the spreadsheet below. I made a columns for different budgets, so you can choose a lane for how you spend at the store. These are just basic things that came to mind, let me know if you want to see anything else here an I'll update it. https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1pDY6gdZh2S5RHa4FEevdOhXskmIDroJU9iWqvG2WBps/edit?usp=sharing

The peacefulness in escaping your phone
To be honest, since I have come back from my vacation to Italy I have slipped a bit in terms of screen time. For my day job, I have needed to download TikTok and Instagram again for marketing stuff and so it sits on my phone now. Most of the time I have the self-discipline to not open it, but I slip up here and there. I tell myself "just a few minutes, I'll just check what my girlfriend has sent me." Those few minutes quickly get derailed and I feel like a need to physically pull my face away from my screen. This morning, I got back to my normal schedule of leaving my phone in the other room while I make breakfast. It was absolutely amazing. For about an hour in the morning, I was completely unbothered as I got ready for work, cooked and ate my breakfast. I don't think I had any groundbreaking realizations, but I reflected on my dream and the weekend ahead of me. It was a great reminder on how addicting your phone can be, as well as how peaceful it is to be off of it.
