Hi I’m Amelia. I’m 66 years young and I want to get back to feeling good about myself. I joined fit 40 because I saw the incredible results my friend accomplished with my this program and because nothing else seems to be working for me lately. The things standing in the way of me losing weight are hormonal changes, stress and lack of motivation due to failed attempts. I live being active and going hiking and gardening. I love helping others.
