Hi everyone im amber and wow i have not been on here for a hot minute but ive fallen out of the love for hockey and finally got my step back after switching teams for the best and im still struggling to head out to the gym for a daily basis any ideas and tip I usually got 3x a week but im looking for more

I had a tournament in Pittsburgh against different leauges so I was up against u16AA when im u16bb and ended up scoring in the first period working on my strength in my stick and speed keeping the puck away from the players with one hand

Recently I got Assistant captain on my team and I need some help on how to be a good assistant captain Any tips?
