Hey All... I'm so excited about our first Community Live this coming Monday. I'll be walking you through my system for managing all my ideas and to-do's in one place that I call my Command Center...and then we'll build. yours live together! Don't worry if you can't attend it live, I will be recording and post the replay. Also... just a note, I will be using Claude Cowork, which does require the pro version of Claude. That being said, the simple artifact can be build with the free version of Claude... you just won't have all of the functionality of my full system. But we can discuss that during the live. Check out the image to see what the system is that I'll be building with you. Happy Saturday!

Food for thought on using AI for our Content
Hey everyone, just dropping in with some quick AI use tips when it comes to captions. These are the four things that give it away every time in my opinion: - The motivational triple: "you learn. you grow. you evolve." Have you noticed this same length, same structure, three in a row style writing? For me it's a dead give away. I'm not saying to never use it, because it can be a very impactful way to get your point across....but when it's used all the time in someone's content, then It feels less authentic. - The it's-not-X-it's-Y sentence: "this isn't about posting more, it's about posting with intention." I used to love this one, but it's everywhere right now, and I think a dead giveaway it was written by AI. - Making normal stuff sound historic: "this marks a turning point in your journey" for... a caption about your morning routine. come on 🫣😂 - When every single line lands perfectly. real writing has at least one sentence that goes sideways a little. when it's all polished, it feels assembled or even forced. The thing to remember is that AI is optimizing for sounding right, but that leads to everyone sounding the same! And, when every one using AI starts to sound the same, then none of us stand out. I know we all use AI, I know I do with all of my content... but the KEY is learning to train your AI tool to not use those common give-aways and to sound more like you. And until you get that right... edit every post! If you have the time this weekend, go read your last five captions, or Threads out loud. stop at every line that could belong to any other account. those are the rewrites, or the notes to give your AI tool to NOT include the next time you sit down to create content. Anyone else noticing this?👇

Thank you for saying this because so many posts go unedited
So Excited to be BACK!
👋 𝗧𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝟰𝟯 𝗼𝗳 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘄𝗵𝗼 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲... Hi...again. 8 months ago I took a step back from this space and The MAP Society because I had stretched myself too thin. And that break was the best thing I could've done for myself. Here's why I think so: I got honest with myself about what I was building and why. I went back to the beginning, stripped out what wasn't working, and rebuilt from what actually matters. What came out of that process is something I'm genuinely excited about for the first time in a while. So. Let me tell you what you just walked back into. ───────────────────────── 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗠𝗔𝗣 𝗦𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗲𝘁𝘆 𝗶𝘀 𝗻𝗼𝘄 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗠𝗔𝗣 𝗥𝗼𝗼𝗺. This Room is for women (like me) who are in midlife, seeing the changing landscape because of AI and trying to figure out how to leverage their own life experience as they learn how to use AI tools. I truly believe that AI is here to HELP us become even better versions of ourselves, if we choose to learn how to use, direct, and strategize with it. And I know, being in my 50s, how scary it can feel to be so close to retirement, but not close enough that losing our job is a scary prospect. But I can tell you... that if you dive into the modules in this community, start using AI tools daily... you will position yourself more strongly to have so many opportunities. 𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗲'𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁'𝘀 𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗻𝗼𝘄: 𝘍𝘳𝘦𝘦 𝘵𝘪𝘦𝘳 includes the community discussion boards, where I'll be actively posting and sharing tips and insights, as well as answering questions. The Midlife Mindset Module (This is under development...it will be based of the neuroscience lessons I had in the MAP Society, but anchored in how it's so important with all the AI noise we are dealing with), and a new AI Fundamentals module to get you started without the overwhelm. 𝘗𝘳𝘦𝘮𝘪𝘶𝘮 ($37/𝘮𝘰𝘯𝘵𝘩) is where the build happens: the full Claude Module, ChatGPT Module, NotebookLM Module, Prompts Vault, the AI Without the Overwhelm course, the Threads Strategy Course, Carousel Studio, and monthly live sessions. Most of these are already in place, but I'm still working on adding in video and voice lessons, but since this will be an on-going and always changing space... I can't wait for it to be 100% ready 🤪
So Excited to be BACK!

📣 News for Claude Pro (an up) Users
Hey all... in case you didn't hear already... looks like Anthropic made a change that will positively impact you if you are a paid member! Check out the image of a Thread post today by Boris Cherny (who works at Anthropic)... he says: "Two big changes for Claude Code today: 5-hour rate limits doubled on Pro, Max, Team, and seat-based Enterprise, and we've removed the peak-hours limits for Pro and Max. Both effective today." WHAT THIS ACTUALLY MEANS FOR YOU: The rate limit doubled => now within your 5-hour rolling window, you can do twice as much work before hitting a wall. Peak-hour throttling is gone => which is actually the bigger deal for most people. Since March 23, during peak hours (5am–11am PT), your 5-hour window was depleting faster than real clock time, meaning the same coding task that used 20% of your quota off-peak might eat 35-40% during peak hours. That's now history for paid subscribers.

Absolutely fantastic
Target Audience Pain Point Finder Tool!
Hey Everyone! I am super excited to give you this free tool I created (using Claude Code). It's designed to function similar to a ChatBot and it takes you through a series of questions about your Target Audience. It then runs a market analysis / research function and comes back with the top Pain Points described really clearly for you, as well as suggestions as to how you could address them. This is a first step in understanding a few things: 1. What problems your target audience are experiencing Right Now (according to the research) 2. You can take this information and use it to help create content that speaks to these problems 3. You can use these to ideate on solutions or offers you could create 4. Lastly, and not the least important for our community, is how powerful Claude Code is as a tool! I developed this tool in one afternoon session by just describing to it what I wanted it to do and how I envisioned it working. A few iterations later, I had this tool. I've linked the page in the classroom HERE Try it out, come back and let me know what you think!
