Tax delinquencies
Who is having success with tax delinquencies lists and what’s your approach been

They are required to be posted in your county newspaper. Just ask your county Treasurer by calling them directly.

Locating Buyers
I know that it is basically frowned upon, to identify yourself as a ws. But what about when it comes to, sending an email, to builders and land buyers? Do you think this is more forgiving? Anyone have any experience with this? Thank you

I call builders direct. They love wholesalers!

@Chris Tabor I say, "Hi, are you the builder of 123 Blank Street?" Wait for answer, if they are, I say, "Well are you looking for more land? All I do is wholesaling and if I find something cheap I'd assign it to you at closing." After some questions they're usually excited.
