Identity Through Repetition
Identity strengthens through repetition, not inspiration. Choosing who we're becoming and making consistent decisions based on that identity allowed me to settle into a weekly rhythm. When I created this community, I needed something that reinforced who I was becoming every week. Structure carried my consistency when my motivation fluctuated. How does it feel to log in and already have your visibility structured? What does that change for your nervous system? P.S. - I added 30 IG Story Covers and a video on how to customize them in Canva to the Welcome Chest.

You give us so many great things. Thank you.
The Becoming IS the Work
This month supports identity-level growth. My business requires that I do my personal development and spiritual growth work, so the business can grow. Becoming the person who does the things I want to do and holds the client space I want to hold is my work. That “Why not?” moment in my own life changed everything because I reinforced it with consistent action, based on my real desires. To have the things I want, I need to act as a person who takes the steps to gain those things. Who are you becoming in your business right now? Describe her in one sentence. Then tell us what she does consistently. Let’s anchor it together.

@Rebecca Paciorek great job pushing thru and asking for help.
Are you creating AI support?
Are you creating GPTs, Claude Skills, or apps with builders like Manus or Lovable? I use AI helpers to clarify and expand my content ideas. Some of my best posts were unplanned, just sharing my reaction and response in the moment. If you feel like it's difficult to get your point across, open Chat (or your pick) on your phone and use the mic. We filter ourselves so much less when we talk, versus typing. And the AI can handle a long rant (save/ submit occasionally so you don't lose your prompt), and turn it into powerful content. I'm here if you'd like help getting started or troubleshooting--just message me.

Repeat for Steadiness
You need repetition, not weekly or daily reinvention, for steadiness. Knowing what to expect, even from yourself, maybe especially from yourself, helps you prepare and feel calmer entering situations. In crisis care, stability came from consistent cues and calm presence. The rhythm of our teamwork, with defined roles and actions, shifted outcomes. We could depend on each other to do as expected and practiced. This week, as you post your content, notice your identity. Do you feel more confident? Clearer? More anchored? Share one shift you’ve noticed since joining.
