Why my clients don't argue about my pricing 💡
One thing I see all the time is people saying, "Don't sell websites. Sell the CRM, automation, lead capture, and backend systems." I completely agree but I also think people underestimate one thing: The frontend still matters. You can have the best automation and backend in the world, but if your website doesn't build trust in the first few seconds, you're already losing potential customers. Last week, I built a website for a doctor. He didn't just need a website he needed a system that would help his business grow. So instead of only building a beautiful, premium-looking frontend with smooth animations, I also connected it to a WhatsApp automation. Now, when a patient sends a message, the system automatically replies, answers common questions, and helps guide them toward booking an appointment. That's the difference. I'm not selling "just a website." I'm selling a complete client acquisition system with a premium user experience. I've seen agencies charging $10k–15k+ for similar custom solutions. For this client, I was able to build exactly what he needed at a price that made sense for his business while still delivering a high-quality experience. That's why price isn't usually the biggest objection. If people clearly understand the value and the outcome, the conversation changes completely. I'd genuinely love your honest feedback. Do you think premium frontend design still plays a huge role, even in the age of AI and automation?

€2,500 First Client Closed | New Business Model + Airbnb
I just stepped into a completely new business model, and only 15 days later, I closed my first client he is a videography agency owner. The total project value is €2,500, and I received a €1,000 upfront payment to kick things off. It’s my first high-ticket client in this business model, so it feels like a huge milestone. To celebrate, my friend and I booked a nice Airbnb in our city, took a break from work for a day, and just enjoyed the moment. Sometimes it's important to appreciate the small wins before chasing the next big goal. I'm honestly grateful that at 17 years old, I get the opportunity to build something of my own, learn every day, and work with amazing clients. This is just the beginning. Now it's time to serve this client well, keep improving, and close many more. Grateful for the journey.

Hey guys, I genuinely need some advice right now 🙏
I feel a little stuck and honestly pretty confused lately. I’m already working in the AI/web design/funnel space, and I’m not completely starting from zero anymore. I’ve already worked with a few clients through referrals and personal connections, and I attached some video testimonials below this post so you guys know I’m not just talking randomly 😅 The problem is:now I feel stuck in that weird middle stage. Like… I know I have skills.I know I can provide value. But I’m confused about direction, niches, outreach, and how to consistently get more clients. A lot of people keep giving me the same advice:“Post testimonials on LinkedIn.” “Post on Twitter.” “Keep posting content.” But honestly I feel like there has to be smarter ways than just endlessly posting and hoping someone notices. So I genuinely wanted to ask people here who are ahead of me: How would YOU use existing testimonials/results to get more clients consistently? Not beginner advice more like real direction for someone already in the middle of the journey trying to level up. By the way, I’m 17 from India 🇮🇳 and still learning every day, so any genuine advice would honestly mean a lot 🙌

LOL This Dev Asked Me $10K for a Website 😂
This website developer literally asked me $10,000 for a 3D animated website. I was mad at him, so I decided to build it myself. With the help of AI tools and some no-code platforms, I built this awesome 3D website in under 45 minutes. You can see how great it looks: https://helpful-kangaroo-723cee.netlify.app/ ✅ Modern 3D animations ✅ Fast loading ✅ Mobile-optimized ✅ Built in 45 minutes Most developers charge thousands and take weeks to deliver. I did it in less than an hour. Let me know what you guys think 💪

@Mahedi Azwad Rupu Actually, I’d say the work itself isn’t the hard part the hard part for me is closing high-ticket clients. I’ve already worked on 30+ projects, and getting regular website projects has been manageable. Right now I’m doing projects around $3,500, but I want to move into higher-ticket deals ($10k+ websites). That’s where I’m facing difficulty I’m not fully sure how to break into that market, which niches are best for high-ticket web design, and how to position myself to attract those kinds of clients. If you have experience with moving upmarket, I’d genuinely love to hear your thoughts on how you made that jump.

Why I stopped doing prospecting manually
Post (1/2) I reached a stage where manual prospecting didn’t make much sense anymore. I would get about 4 leads per hour when I did things the old-school way. Google Maps, Excel spreadsheets, figuring out whether the company was worth messaging to. Now, I have built a process for handling the workflow part. Currently, my workflow: - Extracts companies from Google Maps - checks their website data - scores them based on fit - prepares the next step automatically What I understood is that many processes in lead generation aren’t difficult because the act of reaching out to people is difficult; they’re difficult because the underlying process is a mess. Working on optimizing it, but I will split the entire build process into 8 posts and talk about how things are coming along.
