@Brison William I don't know that I am and here is why... So, while I have done launches before, have a small email list, and have recently gotten to participate behind the scenes with a few friends' book launches and have seen how much work goes on (though I am sure there is EVEN MORE!) I have, for years, not advertised for my main business, because I believe God told me not to. I have had always enough or more than enough clients to keep full (its a full time speech therapy private practice) and my business has sustained while many I know have struggled or closed. Recently, I have been praying about my skool and whether or not I should keep doing ads. I believe that God said, at the very least to pause as I was praying about it. Within a few days of this decision, though I had not had a new sign up in over 90 days, I had 8 people, now 9 sign up for my skool. God provides. So, I am praying about the book and it's marketing process. I will be honest, it very well may be that I do not announce it to fanfare, but simply tell my mamas where to find it and obediently do what I know I should which is print author copies and bring them to next year's conference for those Amish and Mennonite moms. I'm also looking at how to give them to Amish communities across Indiana, because I still am praying I can get them in the hands of the moms I have had to turn away for the last four years. My biggest goal is publication and books in hands in March. Traditional marketing is not going to reach those moms, but prayer and actions of God could! After that, even though I know it is better to hit the Amazon market with a BANG that is well orchestrated and supported before hand to have a shot at getting "best selling" in it's category (my friends all did that and earned that, beautifully!) it is simply not my priority right now. It may be that God is answering my prayer that i could FOCUS and get the writing all done. I multitask way better in editor Amanda mode! If it changes, I will keep you posted and share how things are going. 😁

@Cristal Vancarson I plan to join soon! I want to get through this crazy season at home though... and figure out a plain wall that has natural light. We live in a very small home and use every inch of space.... and its a basement!

Replace our backup vehicle with something that runs, pay off the smallest student loan I have (so close!), build a quail coop, and by more ISBNs 😅 Yes, we could do all that with 10k!
