I’ve asked a few times now through email to cancel my subscription. Yet again I am charged. Is there some special way to get this subscription canceled and to get a refund?

Any Members Having Trouble Logging Into Automatiq App?

I'm having trouble logging into my Automatiq application and was wondering if any other paying members to the Automatiq app is having trouble as well. Is there a way to contact support for some help or @Michael Fultz can you help? This is the screen I'm seeing once I log in. By the way, is this group still active? Haven't been seeing much updates happening. Thanks,
