Canceling my subscription
I’ve asked a few times now through email to cancel my subscription. Yet again I am charged. Is there some special way to get this subscription canceled and to get a refund?

I've made a post about not being able to access my application and it's not letting me. I've emailed what support email was provided to me and messaged @Michael Fultz and haven't had any luck. This is frustrating! Anyone admins in this group that is still willing to help, please let us know. Not sure why all of sudden this group just went dead but there are actual paying people who can't do anything.

Any Members Having Trouble Logging Into Automatiq App?
I'm having trouble logging into my Automatiq application and was wondering if any other paying members to the Automatiq app is having trouble as well. Is there a way to contact support for some help or @Michael Fultz can you help? This is the screen I'm seeing once I log in. By the way, is this group still active?
