@Amy Ledin I think some feedback then is to put that in the write up too because the explanation seems like very extreme like I’m binging or I just totally snapped in this huge thing happened. When if it’s just, I’m not showing up for myself and being my best that could mean, I didn’t drink all my water today or I didn’t do my walk today. Those are not extreme things, but obviously things we want to work on because we want to be the best we can be.
If I could just lose the layer of fluff, I would love how I look. Flipping it too, I love who I look in the mirror because I know she’s strong confident, and has a love for life If I could stop stressing about pleasing everyone, I can be way less stressed. Flipping it too, need to make myself happy and healthy so I can always bring my best self to my friends my kids, my boyfriend, my parents and my coworkers
