🔒CHAKRA BLOCKAGES: how your body creates blockages
Blocked chakras often stem from physiological dysregulation that interferes with the flow of life force (prana or qi) through the body. I will be recording a training video for this and releasing it in the next day or so but here is a beautiful breakdown of how blockages start in the body. 🚨 Common Physical Contributors: - Tension or contraction in the body (e.g., tight jaw, clenched gut, hunched shoulders) - Nervous system dysregulation (chronic fight/flight/freeze) - Hormonal imbalances (linked to glands associated with each chakra) - Lack of movement / sedentary lifestyle - Poor posture (interrupts spinal alignment and energetic flow) - Chronic inflammation or illness Each chakra corresponds to a specific nerve plexus and endocrine gland, so physical dysfunction in those areas can literally restrict energetic flow. Example: - If your diaphragm is tight due to shallow breathing, it impacts both the solar plexus chakra (confidence, power) and your nervous system, creating energy stagnation around your core. ❌ MISALIGNMENT: When Your Energy Is Disconnected From Your Truth Misalignment happens when your physical body can’t support the energetic expression of your soul truth or purpose. Your energy may be trying to expand or rise, but your body is stuck in old patterns, fear, or survival mode, pulling you out of alignment. 🧠 How Physiology Triggers Misalignment : - Adrenal fatigue or burnout can cause a disconnection from spiritual insight (your crown or third eye may want to activate, but your body doesn’t feel safe enough to explore) - Gut-brain axis imbalances impact clarity, willpower, and decision-making (solar plexus) - Tense or trauma-held fascia creates “locked” energy centers where spiritual growth hits a wall - Chronic pain or illness pulls your focus away from expansion and toward coping/survival 🔁 Mind-Body Feedback Loop The mind-body system is circular: 1. Blocked or misaligned chakras → trigger stress in the body 2. Stress and dysregulation in the body → further block or misalign the chakras

This makes alot of sense with everything I am currently going thru atm .. Due to finances or lack of I stopped taking my supplements recommended by naturopath, I have too much copper in my system not enough Zinc therefore cannot absorb iron making me anemic, hence migraines and lack of energy fatigue, hormone imbalance... All these things that helps me function cost money, catch 22 need to work to be able to afford them can't work without them ..... All I can do ATM is focus on meditation, grounding, yogo Journaling to keep afloat until I can get back on supplements... I do feel more energised and able to control my moods better with the supplements😔🙄🤔

Sacral Chakra: Feeling emotionally drained after interactions or people-pleasing 3. Solar Plexus Chakra: Struggling with boundaries or giving your power away 4. Heart Chakra: Overgiving in relationships and feeling resentful or unseen 5. Throat Chakra: Not expressing your needs or truth to “keep the peace” 6. Third Eye Chakra: Feeling mentally foggy, indecisive, or disconnected from intuition 7. Crown Chakra: Spiritual bypassing or feeling ungrounded after energy work 8. Leaky aura: Absorbing others' emotions or symptoms as your own 9. Energetic cords: Feeling stuck thinking about someone or something draining 10. Unbalanced system: Constant fatigue or burnout despite “doing the work” Let me know in the comments where you're leaking your energy. Following grounding meditation and mantras of a morning after my morning stretches I do yoga every evening before bed I have explored chakra yoga poses for root, sacral and solar Plexus that I added to my morning stretches this morning. I am currently struggling with severe depression, perimenopause, grief, financial stress as I haven't been able to keep a job since my Dad died in November. I hit rock bottom am easily overwhelmed, frustrated and suffer from migraines which make for a unreliable, unstable moody employee 😔 I am spending more time in meditation, Journaling, yoga, continuing to work thru my Demons, reconnecting with myself to find my purpose
Sorry I've been MIA...
I have been feeling so burnt out the last week so I have been resting a lot and working on things behind the scenes. I'm at a challenging point in my life and it includes my business and this community, all which has contributed to my burn out. I'm feeling lost and stressed and I struggle to get the results I need to sustain what I'm doing and offering. I hate to say it, but the way things are going is not sustainable to me so I've been rethinking my strategy for growth and going back to basics with more clarity than before. It's a matter of starting fresh, in time for the spring new year. We are only 9 days in and so I know I have a lot of time, I'm just admitting that I'm struggling a bit right now as nothing I've tried before or doing now seems to be working so I've taken some time and space to figure out the next steps which will be implemented within the week including some restructuring within the community to go with the rebrand. Transformation Tuesday: How to identity shift
It's no secret that I'm veteran. I had the idea to share a story for transformation Tuesday about my own transformation. Remember, this week's theme is living the vision. Here are 3 lessons I learned about identity shifting from military indoctrination. IT TAKES LESS THAN 13 WEEKS 👇 In 13 weeks, I went from a civilian to a soldier. No joke. That literally is what happened. They don't call it indoctrination for nothing. (That's just a nicer way of saying brainwashing 🧠) How can we apply this to our advantage when we think about identity shifting or when we are trying to manifest and embody a different version of ourselves? Here's what I learned: 1.Identity Is Installed Faster Than You Think In just 13 weeks of basic training, civilians transform into soldiers. Their old identity dissolves, replaced by discipline, obedience, and a new way of thinking. Your identity is just a program—change the inputs, & the system rewrites itself. Shifts happen the moment you stop clinging to the “old you.” It's the same process coming OUT of the military as well. It takes only as long as you hold onto your old identity 2. Environment Triggers the Shift The military doesn’t just teach new skills; it immerses you in an environment where your old behaviors become obsolete. Structure, routine, language, and even posture are forcefully aligned with the new identity. Your external world reinforces your internal identity. Shift your environment, habits, and language & your reality follows. 3. Belief Becomes Reality in Record Time By the end of 13 weeks, recruits believe they are soldiers because they’ve been conditioned to embody that truth. The mind doesn’t distinguish between real & imagined—it accepts whatever is repeatedly reinforced. The moment you fully commit to a new identity, it solidifies. The shift is instant when you immerse yourself & flood your subconscious. 💡 You don’t need years to change—your reality shifts as quickly as your conviction does. 🌟 Ready for a complete transformation into a stronger, more disciplined version of yourself?
