Reality is always communicating to you. Pay attention to your outer really as you shed old beliefs, thoughts and patterns - new aspects of you return. You shift into a higher version of you. A new timeline emerges. I get symbols in the sky. Always an 'X'. Crossroads, new beginnings. 🎉✨️

We are being asked at this time to release all that no longer serves us. Any thoughts, words or actions that are unkind to self and other needs to be cleared and let go. What is distracting you from yourself. When you empty what no longer serves you, you allow room for something better to come in. When i put this off the universe forced its hand. Not my will - thine be done . All source to wash it all away.

When you give of yourself. Are you giving from the right place? Self abandonment, is not loving to yourself. When you over extend to others they will over take. Not because they are bad. It is energy. You will attract to you people who need to feel supported, who feed off attention. Everything must be done in balance to keep the pendulum swing in neutrality. Both giving and receiving. Only when you know yourself, in balance within, will you magnetize to you the same. Want love - be loving to yourself Want respect - have self respect Everything happens from within you and is projected out. Dont blame the mirror - be the mirror!

Requires clearing it all. Consciousness likes consistancy, endurance and at times requires a sacred pause. Be soft in your daily walk in life. If you hold on too tight you miss the revelation walking right next to you. The mirror shows you past behaviors (current and other lifetimes). Energy never dies until it is seen. Its funny we can see something in another and not in ourself. When you see the return energy, journal it. Take a sacred pause give compassion to yourself for how you were. Have deep compassion for the person expressing that same behavior. I prayed in that moment that person be given strength to stand alone, go within. I saw the holy spirit in them as me. I took rest from my breathwork, chants and prayers. Decided to do a heart based meditation. In that pause. I was gifted an activation. I saw very clear a multi-dimensional white/silver star/snowflake like image felt warmth wash over me. Another pattern seen and released.
