This is the manifestation of repressed emotions and speaking ones truth. The energy center that gets blocked is the throat chakra. My father died when he was 56 after a turbulant divorce, i was 27. I developed this Auto Immune Disorder. The medical system gave relief - Not truth! I lost my inner voice, i developed patterns of being compliant to others as a survival mechanism. I had a goiter that was visible for 20+ years. In the past 5 years i healed these pattern and all manifestation of disease dissolved.

Reality is always communicating to you. Pay attention to your outer really as you shed old beliefs, thoughts and patterns - new aspects of you return. You shift into a higher version of you. A new timeline emerges. I get symbols in the sky. Always an 'X'. Crossroads, new beginnings. 🎉✨️

When you have released everything within you, you stop owning the projections of others. You have compassion for what they embody. This doesnt discount the behaviors. Hold your ground, push back, have clear boundaries. I recently encountered an individual who was riddled with pride, perfectionist, know it all (from books) not wisdom. Not source truth. Me expressing a desire different that what he chooses somehow threatened his EGO. He tried to shame me. Proceeded to gas light me. Ive seen this in him before and could neutralize it, this time it was an attack. He is no longer allowed in my energy field. Energy out - is energy returned none of us escape karma.

We are being asked at this time to release all that no longer serves us. Any thoughts, words or actions that are unkind to self and other needs to be cleared and let go. What is distracting you from yourself. When you empty what no longer serves you, you allow room for something better to come in. When i put this off the universe forced its hand.
