Bio: I am currently a Construction Adjudicator and Chartered Quantity Surveyor, however I would like to embark on property investment to achieve my vision.

Bio: I'm an IT PM. My main strategy in property is HMOs on social housing contracts. I both source and work with investors on Joint Venture basis.
