Bio: I’m a 54 yr old Wife, Mom, & Grandmother. My goals are to lose 40 lbs. & to improve my energy & overall health.

Bio: I’m 63 and teying to loose some weight and gain muscle and get healthier. Cholesterol is up so I’m working on that too.
