Thanks for the workshop @Matt Earle and @Josh Hall I really liked the cleverness of plan and accompanying prompts - can't wait to get into it properly. Would be helpful to get the material ahead of time - pretty please? 🙏🏻
Reel Feedback
Hi all Sorry to have to bail early in this morning’s meeting – but it's great to be back in the fold! As briefly discussed, I wasn’t convinced the original reel I created was quite hitting the mark, so I’ve uploaded it here and would love a bit of feedback – brutal honesty is welcome! I’ve included the caption, which I’m thinking is maybe a tad too long? Again, any thoughts are greatly appreciated😊 Caption: Not all transportable homes are created equal. At Elevate Homes, we create luxurious, architecturally designed forever homes—minus the hassle of an onsite build or the limitations of a traditional prefab. We bring together design-led, elegantly curated homes with the flexibility, speed, and cost certainty of offsite construction. ✨Award-winning and architecturally designed ✨Meticulously crafted, and customisable, with premium finishes ✨Spacious, light-filled living ✨Built more sustainably, smarter and faster, with unparalleled quality in under 24 weeks ✨By our expert team with 25 years of architectural expertise, 11+ years in operation, and 100+ homes delivered across the North Island. So if you're after a basic, temporary prefab, we’re not for you. If you want your forever home, luxurious beach house or stunning secondary dwelling built smarter, faster and without the stress, download our FREE brochure today and discover the possibilities. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ "The Elevate team are honestly like Fairy Godmothers, we told them what we wanted, and they made it happen. Since our beautiful home arrived in Mangawhai we’ve had nothing but positive comments about the style, quality and functionality of our family home. It's chic and very easy to live and entertain in.” - Aaron M ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ It’s evident you take great pride in your work and your incredible team are very focused on ensuring the delivery of stylish and beautiful homes. The end product is just fantastic and the level of attention to detail and quality is superb.” Valerie W. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ "Highly recommend. This was our first experience building a home, and we have been absolutely delighted with the Elevate team. You hear so many negative experiences of people building homes, and we didn't have one. Not a single one.” - Leanne S

@Kristin Turner I had the same experience with the volume on the revised intro. I would have left the prefab image up just a few seconds longer. AND what I found really fascinating was the truck delivering the home - so maybe some more footage about that side of the process because that would be a silent mental barrier that people would be wondering - how the heck do we get it to our site... if it is solved in the video then the lead/viewer will internally say "yes" again and become a few degrees warmer. They look amazing and I want one! 😍
Lead Magnet - Please tell me what you think
I've created this lead magnet for endurance athletes/marathon runners - https://www.canva.com/design/DAG1t4_g3MI/KBIBlrvlARXNeogvcb6H6Q/view?utm_content=DAG1t4_g3MI&utm_campaign=designshare&utm_medium=link2&utm_source=uniquelinks&utlId=he8946ec5da. Its pretty indepth - but all relevant info for athletes. Tell me what you think …is it too much? Option 2 is to thin it down -and use the info in a injury care guide.

@Kim Davies-Haycock wow - so comprehensive! There are a few minor typo's and layout inconsistencies. I find the large use of green a little over powering. However it's still a GREAT document! A must is to make that comparison table of NZ arnica creams much larger because that tells a great story. Every time the product name appears in the document I would make it BOLD font so it stands out. I bet that took a lot of effort - well done! I want some!
Email Marketing Workshop
Alrighty – the votes are in! Our first workshop (early Oct, date TBC) will be on Email Marketing. For those who voted on other topics, don’t worry — we’ll cover everything in good time. Now, to make this session super useful:What are your biggest email marketing hiccups right now? - Tech setup and automations - Coming up with story ideas - Writing emails people actually open and click - Growing your list - Segmenting or tagging properly - Not knowing what to send (and how often) - Staying consistent - Turning subscribers into actual customers Drop your pain points below so we can build the workshop around what you need most. Most people massively underutilise their email list so it's a great weapon to master.

@Bronwyn Evans @Matt Earle I hadn't heard about systeme.io and it looks really cool because it has everything! How have you found the design customisation aspect? Is it easy to customise the look and feel of your website?
Evergreen Content + Trust Framework (Essential to do)
G’day team Quick one for you — this is a content strategy we’ve been using lately that works across the board. Doesn’t matter if you’re in e-commerce, coaching, or services — it’s solid. This is so good every business in here needs to do this as soon as possible. Quick overview below, but: Watch the loom here. And grab the prompts from here. Before anyone buys from you, they need to trust three things: 1) The Promise — the result or outcome you’re offering 2) The Person (or brand) — your credibility, character, and ability to deliver 3) The Process — the method or system you use to get results When you look at your content through this lens, you’ll often spot gaps: - Are you actually talking about the outcome clearly enough? - Are you showing people why they should trust you? - Are you explaining your method in a way that builds confidence? But that's only the first part. Now we're going to find evergreen topics in our niche and then categorise them into the three P's! So we leave no stone unturned. Step 1: Find Evergreen Topics First, we’ll identify 10 timeless topics in your niche — the problems and foundations that never go away. These become the backbone of your omnipresence campaigns because they keep attracting and educating people year after year. Step 2: Categorise Them into the 3 P’s Then we’ll sort each topic into Promise, Person, or Process. This shows you where you’re already strong and where you might need to create more trust-building content. It’s a simple way to make sure your content strategy covers all three angles. Why This Works These topics don’t expire. Once you’ve got them mapped, you can keep them in rotation through organic content, ads, or automated campaigns. Over time, they build serious trust and authority without needing to constantly reinvent the wheel.
