Big week in the build — sharing some wins!
Hey everyone! Just wanted to pop in and celebrate some momentum with people who actually get it. Over the past few weeks I've been heads-down building out my AI automation agency (FaccioliAI) and things are starting to click. Here's what shipped: ✅ Landing Page — full commercial landing page live, designed to convert cold traffic into booked calls for B2B consultancies. ✅ Carousel Automation — built an N8N flow that automates carousel content creation end-to-end. Input a topic, get a ready-to-post carousel. Done. ✅ Reels Automation — same idea, different format. Short-form video scripts + hooks, automated and structured for consistency. ✅ Newsletter — launched a newsletter as part of the content engine. Building authority while the automations run in the background. The core focus of FaccioliAI is helping B2B consultancies that sell via WhatsApp get their commercial infrastructure together — CRM, automation, AI-powered follow-up. Most of them are leaving serious money on the table just from disorganized processes. Still early days, but the system is taking shape and that feels good. 💪 Would love to connect with anyone building in the B2B automation / WhatsApp sales space, or anyone experimenting with N8N + AI content workflows. Always down to exchange notes. What are you all shipping this week? 👇https://lp.facciolilabs.cloud/?utm_source=ig&utm_medium=social&utm_content=link_in_bio&fbclid=PAb21jcAR9Kv5leHRuA2FlbQIxMQBzcnRjBmFwcF9pZA81NjcwNjczNDMzNTI0MjcAAacG43FV53gg5BNmJWHdt3vHQq6-We3s2b7hau9VZAuzhNYUiMd04xqQaHDMaA_aem_0J4OnYj2r1ki7ockaw6P0Q
@Kobina Takyi Ampiah Thanks so much! 🙏 Great question — and honestly, the Meta Business Suite setup is where most people get stuck first. A few things that'll save you time: For the WhatsApp API side: — You need a Meta Business Account verified + a dedicated phone number (can't be in use on regular WhatsApp) — The cleanest path right now is WhatsApp Cloud API (free tier) connected through a tool like Evolution API or Twilio if you want more control — Meta's own setup docs are actually decent: developers.facebook.com/docs/whatsapp On the ElevenLabs angle — that's a voice AI integration, so the flow would be: WhatsApp message → webhook → your automation (N8N, Make, etc.) → ElevenLabs API → audio back to WhatsApp. Totally doable but a few moving parts to wire together. I'm actually building exactly this kind of infrastructure for B2B clients. DM me and I can point you to the exact resources I used + save you a few headaches 🤙
@Leon Cosby Honestly? It's not the tech — the tech is solvable. The biggest challenge is getting the sales team to actually trust the automation. Most B2B consultancies have salespeople who built their pipeline on personal relationships and gut instinct. When you introduce an AI follow-up system, the first reaction is "this will sound robotic and kill my deals." So the real work is: 1. Mapping their actual sales flow before touching any tool 2. Building automations that sound like them, not like a bot 3. Showing results on a small segment first before full rollout The second challenge is data — most of these teams have zero structured CRM. Everything lives in someone's head or scattered across WhatsApp chats. You can't automate what isn't organized.
Prompt right framework
Angle 3 is here — this is the one that changed how I prompt entirely. I used to get inconsistent results from AI. Same tool, completely different quality every time. Turned out the issue was my structure — or the lack of it. The TCRIE formula fixed it. Five steps, same order, every single time: T — Task. Don't describe the process. Describe the end result. "Write a post that gets 10 replies" not "write a post about AI." C — Context. Who you are, your background, your audience. AI writes for the average person without this. With it, it writes for you. R — References. Give AI something to study. A creator you like, a past email that worked, a format you want to match. It can reverse-engineer good work. E — Evaluate. What does a good answer look like? Word count, banned words, tone, what success means. Built-in quality control. I — Iterate. Ask for 3 versions minimum. The first output is always a draft. Most people stop there and wonder why AI isn't that useful. I built a full guide with real copy-paste templates for each step + 4 full examples including a cold email, a Threads post, and a learning plan. PDF is in the post . Try the formula today and tell me what you noticed — especially whether the Iterate step changes your results. 😃Questions:-> 1. Which framework your using in your work?? 2. What you think about this framework? 3. Any tips t improve more in the prompts??

Hey everyone! 👋 I'm Alyandher, founder of FaccioliAI — an AI automation agency from Brazil focused on helping B2B service companies build their commercial systems from scratch using n8n, WhatsApp automation, and CRM integrations. My background is a mix of Meta Ads, frontend development, and AI automation. I'm currently building my first real clients and working to transition fully into the digital space. What brought me here: I want to see what builders abroad are actually shipping, sharpen my n8n skills, and connect with people who are serious about this space. Over the next 7 days I'm hoping to build something I can add to my portfolio and maybe find inspiration for new service offerings for my agency. Excited to be here — let's build! 🚀 #AISChallenge
🚀New Video: Hermes Agent: Zero to Personal AI Assistant (1 Hour Course)
This is a complete walkthrough of getting Hermes Agent set up from scratch on a VPS. You'll see how to install it on Hostinger, connect it to Telegram, set up your first skill and cron job, and back everything up to GitHub. By the end you'll understand the five pillars of Hermes, when to use it instead of Claude Code, and how to scale to multiple agents without breaking anything.
