Best Local AI/Agent Hermes/claw - for PDF-to-Notion batch job? (16GB VRAM)
Hey everyone!... The local AI landscape is moving crazy fast right now. I'm looking to set up a local AI agent or automated workflow on my Windows PC (running an RTX 5060 with 16GB VRAM). My goal is to batch-process about 500 PDFs (around 3,000 characters each). I need the system to extract the text, use a local LLM to rewrite it and fix typos, and then automatically push the clean, formatted text into Notion. My PC runs 24/7, so I don't care if it takes a few days to churn through the backlog. I'm entirely focused on getting the highest quality output and a relatively pain-free setup. (Beginners friendly) ....Has anyone built a similar workflow recently? What models (Gemma 4, Llama 4 Scout, etc.) and agent frameworks/tools are you finding the most reliable for a job like this? - in the long run want to try Hernes Agent, is that a good option? - thanks 😊
