When Anger Visits, What Is It Here to Teach?
Let go of anger. Don’t hold it in. Let it move through you. Let it teach you — then release it. Ask yourself: What’s the next best step? How can I build with what I have? What is life trying to teach me through this? More Reflection Questions: ✨ What happens if I let my heart stay open, even while feeling this? ✨ Who am I becoming through this experience?

I agree with letting go of anger, but sometimes it can be a challenge.. for me when I get upset it disrupts my balance..also letting go means also forgiving ..not only the person but also yourself ..we mist know how to forgive ourselves in order to move on and grow. Put differently sometimes we are on a test and not even aware..so we need to ensure we pass our test .
