We were just talking about this on our team meeting this morning...we put off our "elephant" projects off sometimes because it's easier to do the smaller things and the checked off things looks impressive <grin>! #justkeepingitreal For me, TIME BLOCKING has really helped me tremendously! Setting aside a block of time to work on a specific "thing" has helped me not only to break down heavier projects but to get the pieces and parts done in smaller nuggets so that eventually the "whole" thing gets to the finish line. Would LOVE to know what works for YOU!!

More view time, people are always sharing memories and this gives us some creative fodder as well and who doesn't want to cut to the chase and just use what's working, right? They are also adding another interesting feature...GROOVES - this will automatically adjust your video to the beat of the music you choose. Are they gearing up for a possible ban of TikTok?
