What does it mean to be "organized"?
Hello! I'm doing some market research and want to get real human thoughts instead of AI summaries. I'm setting a goal to hear from 10 people by Friday. Would you be willing to help by answering any of these questions? Thank you!!! 1. What does "having an organized business" look like to you? 2. What does "having a disorganized business" look like to you? 3. On a scale of 1 (disorganized) to 10 (organized), how do you feel your business is? 4. What are the biggest challenges to organizing your business? 5. If someone could wave a magic wand and organize ONE thing that would impact you as a business owner, what would it be? 6. What would (or does) having an organized business enable you to do? How would (or do) you feel?

@Toni Kuebler Thank you for your answers!
āœŠšŸ¾ Black History Month Meets AI šŸ¤–
Honoring the Past. Building the Future. Black history is a masterclass in innovation. We didn’t always have access to tools—but we built systems, ideas, movements, and solutions anyway. Now enter AI. AI is not here to replace our voice. It’s here to amplify it. This Black History Month, let’s be clear: - Our ancestors coded survival without computers - They engineered progress without platforms - They told stories without algorithms AI is simply the next tool—and tools don’t define us.How we use them does. In this community, we use AI to: - Preserve our stories šŸ“š - Expand our businesses šŸ’¼ - Educate our communities šŸŽ“ - Create generational leverage šŸš€ Black history didn’t stop being made in 1968.It’s being written right now—and yes, some of it is being written with AI. Let’s build wisely.Let’s build ethically.Let’s build together. šŸ‘‡šŸ¾ Drop a comment:How are YOU using (or curious about using) AI to create impact

I wonder...would the algorithm change at all (for me or in general) if I started asking it to create images with more Black (or other ethnicity) people? Or specifically asking for it to highlight Black creators in the answers it gives me back? Also, I'm curious, as a white person, what's the best way to post images of Black or other ethnicity people on my website without looking like I'm virtue signaling or trying to appropriate someone else's culture? Mostly I just don't post any people except myself and keep images on things or abstracts so I don't even have to worry about it. (Side note, I notice Brenda's done this with multiple women in her images and I think done it well.)
New Summit: March 30, 31 & April 1 2026
The 🌸 Built to Be Seen Summit is a spring activation for midlife women Skool hosts who are ready to step into visibility with intention — and build businesses designed to be seen, shared, and scaled. You already have experience. You already have the insight. Now it’s time to simplify, position yourself clearly, and grow with focus. Inside this summit and community, visibility is strategic — not performative. We focus on productizing your expertise, building traffic and community, using AI as leverage, and monetizing Skool communities without adding complexity or burnout. Interested in being Speaker? Get to Level 5 - applications will be posted next week! Check out our NEW About Page & Graphics!!

@Brenda Rigney Good to know, thank you! (I'll check the other community too but it looks like I'm relatively close here)
If you could šŸ”¦ spotlight one thing to support a mid-life woman biz owner...
what would it be? Not a pitch. Not a link. Not a ā€œdo this or elseā€ post. Just genuine support—from your lived experience. It could be: - a helpful hint you wish you’d known sooner - a simple business practice that made things easier - a mindset or mindfulness shift that helped you stay grounded - a nutrition or health habit that supports your energy - a tool or routine that reduced overwhelm - or something that helped you feel more like yourself again while building a business ✨ Especially inviting our Level 1 members to jump in here.If you’ve been quietly reading, this is a beautiful place to show up—no pressure to be polished or profound. Think of this as: ā€œIf I could put my hand on another woman’s shoulder and say this helped me, it would beā€¦ā€ Drop one thing below. No explanations required (unless you want to).Just real support, from one woman to another. I'll go first and drop mine in the comments.

You will learn so much more by doing it than studying it. And make sure you give yourself enough time. I wish I had gotten messy sooner in my business and just tried ideas instead of thinking about them. Don't get me wrong, it's still useful to learn things from others. Imagine playing an instrument or learning to juggle. You can watch videos about it all day and study techniques, but you need to actually do it to learn it. Think how often children fail at walking (or doing anything new) before they're successful. Be curious, be playful, allow yourself to fail and fall down. Don't be too hard on yourself or judge yourself too soon.
