Since I have to help 69 people go on skool full time in a year: you donโ€™t have a money problem you have an avoidance problem most people say:โ€œiโ€™m tryingโ€ no ur not, dewd youโ€™re: thinking planning watching waiting instead of doing the ONE thing that matters: ๐Ÿ‘‰ talking to people thatโ€™s it no conversations = no money you donโ€™t need: more content a better niche a new idea you need: ๐Ÿ‘‰ reps real ones heres the uncomfortable part: you already know what to do ur just not doing it because itโ€™s: awkward uncertainand u might look dumb meanwhile someone worse than u is sending messages getting ignored learning and eventuallyโ€ฆ getting paid so letโ€™s make this simple: today: ๐Ÿ‘‰ message 5 people (use wingman auto dms) ๐Ÿ‘‰ ask about their problem ๐Ÿ‘‰ try to help thatโ€™s the whole game do that daily and you WILL get a win donโ€™tโ€ฆand nothing changes no magic no secret just avoidance vs action ๐Ÿ‘‰ donโ€™t believe me. test it ๐Ÿชฟ

Totally. When you become depleted it takes longer to recover. But if you renew all the time then you stay full. xo
Before you eat anything, ask yourself these three questionsโ€ฆ
1.) Am I physically hungry? If yes, go ahead and eat something. Pick the healthiest option available thatโ€™s also delicious for you. If no, go on to the next question. 2.) Am I trying to make myself feel better by eating? If no, consider whatโ€™s driving you to eat right now when you arenโ€™t hungry. If yes, go on to the next question. 3.) What else can I do right now that will help me to feel better that doesnโ€™t involve food? Whatever you come up with, do that thing. If it helps you feel better and you donโ€™t need to eat afterwards, great! If you decide that you still want to eat after you do the thing you came up with in question 3, go ahead and eat. As you eat, bring hyper awareness to your eating. Notice the textures and the flavors. Allow yourself to fully CHOOSE to eat and let go of any guilt around it. When we bring guilt into eating, itโ€™s easier to go unconscious and overdo it. No one likes to feel guilty! Bringing awareness to eating lets you derive maximum pleasure from it, and you will be less likely to overeat when you really take your time and notice each bite. I did this process yesterday when driving home. I really wanted to eat some organic popcorn I had just bought at the store. Wasnโ€™t physically hungry, just liked the idea of having some popcorn. I went through the questions and realized that listening to music would feel good. The songs on the radio werenโ€™t amazing, so I decided to sing instead. I had SOOO much fun singing on the hour drive home. I never did eat the popcorn. If I had chosen to eat it, I would have done my best to eat it with maximum awareness. When I got home, I did choose to eat some veggies and olives and a few chips. I felt physically hungry by that time. If you ever struggle with eating when youโ€™re not hungry, or overeating, try this out and let me know how it goes for you!

IKR it takes effort at times to recognize whether food is needed or if something else is needed but we're used to using food to fill the need. Oh the cycle. ๐Ÿ”
