What’s one plant-based food you actually LOVE? 💚
Not what you think you should eat …Not what you saw online… 👉 What do YOU genuinely enjoy? Let’s build a list together to help everyone get ideas 👇 I'll start, I love Chia pudding and I can make 5 jars for the week

I have a massive salad every day - loaded up with leafy greens, fruit, cucumbers, tomatoes, nuts and seeds, and my homemade ranch dressing. I love it so much and always look forward to it!

Plant-based food
What plant-based food item did you add to your meal today? For breakfast I had a granola bowl, with acai and yogurt! What did you have?

I try to keep things simple - I start every morning with a fruit smoothie. :)
Heyy Everyone
Welcome to the Love Digital Life: Plant-Based Edition community! 🌱🤎 This is a space for anyone curious about, transitioning to, or fully committed to a plant-based lifestyle, especially those of us doing it with intention and love. In this community, we explore: - Why do you personally want to go plant-based - How to eat for health and longevity - The impact of our choices on the environment and animals - Tips, tools, and real talk to help you thrive in this lifestyle, at your pace Start by introducing yourself 👋🏾 and sharing what brought you here. What’s your “why” for going plant-based (or wanting to)? What's your favorite movie? What plant-based books have you read? What's your favorite plant-based food? Whether it’s for your health, the planet, the animals, your spirituality, or just curiosity — your reason is valid, and this space is here to support it. P.S. I’m also an affiliate for Your First $5K — a program created by Arlan Hamilton (yep, the one who wrote It’s About Damn Time). If you’re thinking about turning your skills into an offer and making your first $5K online, this course is a great place to start. https://www.skool.com/yourfirst5k/about?ref=1372444a59554d0bb2067f1034e74d47. No pressure — just sharing it in case it’s aligned with what you’re building too.

I agree, Marilyn - I love the gentle, judgement-free community you've created here. ❤️ I was a vegetarian for 15 years, then went back to eating animals because my husband wasn't vegetarian, and it was just 'easier'. After 15 years of eating animal products, I'm now fully vegan, and my only regret is not doing it sooner. I've been slowly making changes for my health over the past few years - I gave up alcohol and caffeine nearly 4 years ago, and lost 60 lbs. But 10 lbs crept back on, so I was looking for some changes I could make to improve my health. I started watching plant-based documentaries (like Forks Over Knives, What the Health, Game Changers, etc). Then I watched some of the documentaries about the meat & dairy industries (Earthlings, Dominion, Dairy is Scary, etc), and that sealed the deal. I knew I had to go plant-based not just for my own health, but for the animals, too. The animals are what keep me accountable now. I find the more raw foods I eat, the more energy I have, so I'm working on increasing how much raw I eat. I eat mostly fruit all day, then for dinner I make a big salad, along with a cooked, plant-based dinner.
🗓️ Day 1: Planting the Seed 🌱
Why Start at All? Reasons: - Better Overall Health - More Natural Energy Today is about awareness, not perfection. Which one matters more to you right now, feeling healthier or having more energy?” Please answer in the comment section! Action:👉 Add one plant-based food to a meal today.

I find that feeling better and having more energy go hand-in-hand. When I eat well, I feel well, which gives me the energy to get to the gym and do my workout, which then gives me even more energy. :)

I help people achieve true healing, not through bandaids and supplements, but by removing the cause of dis-ease.
