Hello Iโ€™m from Glasgow, Scotland. Iโ€™m a mum and a step mum and online fasting and lifestyle coach for women over 40. I was previously a PT but decided to pivot to online after being diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis 3 years ago, so Iโ€™m now on Skool.
