IMPORTANT- CLICK HERE TO ADD ALL EVENTS TO YOUR CALENDAR Week 1 — Tuesday, December 2, 2025 @ 9 AM EST Topic: Identifying Functional Drivers of Sleep Problems Article: Jin, C. S., Hanley, G. P., & Beaulieu, L. (2013). An Individualized and Comprehensive Approach to Treating Sleep Problems in Young Children. Journal of Applied Behavior Analysis, 46(1), 161–180.* https://doi.org/10.1002/jaba.16 Summary: This study used detailed interviews, sleep diaries, and night-vision video to identify environmental and behavioral causes of pediatric sleep problems. Treatment packages adjusted bedtimes, removed problematic sleep dependencies, and disrupted contingencies supporting interfering behaviors. Individualized, function-based intervention produced strong improvements in sleep onset, duration, and caregiver satisfaction. The model demonstrates how technology can scale expert sleep support beyond traditional in-person services. @B. Kuereine Gray oh no! It's my new favorite way of making coffee. Have you tried a French press? It's a good alternative.
10/8 CEU- The MATH behind behavior reduction
New CEU announcement! We are going to be doing one of my favorite CEUs I've ever taught, and if you have been around my community, odds are you've seen a version of it. The math behind behavior reduction is one of the most important topics that I learned as a young behavior analyst, which helped me conceptualize behavior reduction interventions not as a series of tools, but a coordinated series of steps. This CEU is going to be full of practical steps and things that you can apply the very next day to inform the way you've designed your interventions. If you have ever looked at a behavior and had no idea where to start, this is the CEU for you. Link to the recording! P.S. Can you do me a favor? If you sign up, can you share the link with another BCBA you know? Learning is better with friends, so whether you are watching live or catching the recording, it's better to do it with a buddy!

Drop an ABA Business you LOVE
I hear all the time on social media all the bad ABA companies (and trust me, there are a lot), but I would love to hear about an ABA company, past or present, that you really enjoyed working for! Maybe we can help connect a few folks! (I'll put mine below)
