Nutrition strategies
There are multiple ways you can manipulate your nutrition to reach a desired goal. For instance: if you’re in a calorie deficit (trying to lose fat) you can have low cal days Monday - Friday, and higher days on the weekend. This can help (psychologically) make the process easier in the way that you kind of look forward to the extra food on the weekend, which is like the reward for being disciplined during the week. Example: if your intake for cutting is 2500cal / day or 17500 / week. - Monday - 2200 - Tuesday - 2200 - Wednesday - 2200 - Thursday - 2200 - Friday - 2200 - Saturday - 3250 - Sunday - 3250 Need some help with nutrition? Skool is just about in session 🚧
Hello team! I’m in the final stages of rolling out the first course on this platform 😁 which will be learning how to build your own program. This will be general principles that we follow, as well as considerations when designing our program. Comment below your preference - weekly zoom or watch recording, and anything specific you’d like to know πŸ‘‡πŸ‘‡
