What is on my heart today: I love love love that these practices are just *poof* here you go 🤩🙏 If you only knew how often I get stuck in analysis paralysis… It’s like the amazon prime delivery of practicing self care. I’m grateful for the invitation and for the convenience of these. 🤍

Today's Nova Nidra offering is a practice that I felt really suited not only to Monday Vibes but also to how we might feel at the beginning of something new... Get rooted! In your body and in your commitment! Start from the bottom! This is the beauty of yoga nidra... it teaches us to get out of out thinking mind and connect with our physical body. Whether you choose your own practice or the ones I suggest each day of February... [ SHARE BELOW ] How are you committing to deep rest for February?! New Recording Inquiry 🤩
Let's see! I am feeling called to tap into the collective for the next VIP Recording! I would love to record something special for you tomorrow. Part of my process is burning sage to clear the space, followed by palo santo to set intention before each recording session. I would love to know which season you're in and what you are exploring internally... SHARE BELOW What would support you this month? AND what length of Nidra would you enjoy to rest with the most!?

New Moon in Capricorn | Returning to What Truly Matters
The New Moon in Capricorn invites us to a unique kind of power... ...the steady strength that comes from devotion, patience, and inner authority. Capricorn energy asks us to look honestly at what we are building. What feels aligned... What feels heavy... What is ready to be released so something more true can take its place. This New Moon is a doorway into grounded intention. Into responsibility that feels chosen, over imposed. Into rest that supports sustainability, over avoidance. In Yoga Nidra, we meet this moment gently. We listen to the body. We restore the nervous system. We let clarity arise without force. If you feel the call to begin again with steadiness and self-trust, this is your moon. Attend live via Premium(Live, No Replay) or VIP ( Live + Replay)—upgrade here. I like the way you put it: rest for sustainability I’m choosing to lean into rest by setting rest as the baseline goal and THEN building on the goals from there. Remembering that my mind/old patterns will try and sway me to push on, move faster, do more, when in fact sustainability is more important than action. Continuous momentum is more effective than going hard all at once and then crashing out all at once, just the same.
