1. one study habit to reset - full focus, not getting distracted, committing for studying for a specific time and not leaving my seat to go talk to friends or siblings 2. Id said i am able to get work done and set tasks to do (even though i may get a bit distracted) 3. to change - stay commited to a task and dont lose focus untill timer is up
