How accurate is year 11 performance to year 12?
Hi guys, I recently received my scores for this year and have my ATAR for year 11, and let's say it's horrible in general and even worse for medicine. But my question is to anyone who has graduated or is in Year 12: how accurate do you think your Year 11 ATAR was to your actual result? I know I can improve, but I am a little scared regarding the content level for year 12

@Saad Salman Exactly so - your environment makes a huge difference and that's why Project 99.95 can hopefully start being a funnel for like minded individuals all striving for academic excellence! This will help make better atar's more achievable and equitable for all regardless of their schools and individual situations.

MMI Interview Prep
If you’re going for medicine next year, you’ve probably got MMIs on your mind already. On that note a few updates: - We’ve actually published a blog on how to approach MMI learning aside from just trying to "Memorise stations" check it out w this link here - We’re also releasing a new, more detailed MMI blog soon with updated examples and some of the things we wish we knew when we were prepping. - David’s putting together a short guide on how to approach interview day — not a list of “ perfect answers,” just real strategies for staying calm, thinking clearly, and presenting your best self. All of this is just to help everyone feel a bit less stressed heading in. We’re all in the same boat. Drop any questions you have in the comments + fill out the poll - what's the hardest part of MMI prep atm?

MMI Interview Prep
To the Year 12 class of 2025
Whether you've completed your externals, or you’re heading into your last papers, we want to say this clearly: ✨ We are proud of you. ✨ This year asked a lot from you you grew, you learned, you sacrificed, and you kept moving forward. As your exams end, remember this: • You are more than a number. • You are capable. • You are becoming someone you can be proud of. Rest. Celebrate. Reflect. And when you're ready, look forward — because the world is waiting for your ideas, your energy, and your impact. With respect and belief in your future, The Project 99.95 Team 🚀

Hi Ryan and David, I would really appreciate if you can give me some guidance and help on preparing for interviews as there is so much online and It’s hard to know where to start. Can you guide me and people in the same boat: What are the steps I should take from now? What are the most important things for me to organise and prepare? Thanks guys.

1) steps you should take from now - practise, feedback, repeat. working on both the soft and hard skills of medical interviews is the key in the lead up to your interviews. Not only do you need to know what to say but also how to say it. 2) most important things to organise and prepare - I would say focusing on using a bank of questions is high yield as. Plus then focusing on organising research and notes on key topics such as aboriginal health and ethics is really high yield. Trying to think like a medical examiner is a great way to tailor your study
