I sign up for things, classes on line and apps and I still don’t follow through. I can’t seem to make that time for myself. I have the time at night but just don’t take it.

I can’t stand on task and be consistent. Being honest…. I do good for days then fall off. I get back on track and then get busy and forget to work on myself. I think for me to stay on track, I’ve got to get into the gym. Send help!! I’m not giving up thou. I can do this, just need to stay focused and stop looking for other things to do or get my attention. My health is very important. Let’s go!! We still have time

I recognize the stress for sure. Work, every day activities which I love but it can be stressful, trying to stay on task, LIFE is stressful whether it’s good stress or bad stress. I stay in fight or flight mode according to my labs months ago so I’m trying to change things a little at a time. Ask for help!! That’s one of the biggest struggles for me. That can take some of the stress off of you.
