Reflection Ask yourself: What has softened in me this week? What have I released?What have I allowed God to enter? What new posture am I walking into now? Practice Stand up today and place your hand over your heart. Say: I welcome the life that God is unfolding in me.I welcome peace where fear once lived.I welcome trust where striving once lived.I welcome God into every place I once kept closed. Holy Saturday The day of silence, waiting, and faith without evidence This day is for everyone who has prayed and not yet seen the answer.For everyone who has released something and now sits in the space after.For everyone who feels like heaven is quiet. Holy Saturday is sacred because it teaches us what it means to trust God in the middle.Not after the breakthrough.Not after the clarity.Not after the sign.But in the silence. This is the day where faith is not loud.It is deep.Itis quiet.It is hidden in the decision not to give up. Reflection Ask yourself: Can I stay open to God even when I do not understand what He is doing? Can I let silence be holy instead of empty? Can I believe that God is working, even where I cannot yet see movement? Practice Do not ask for anything today at first. Just sit with God for a few minutes and say: I am here.I do not understand everything.But I am here.And I trust that You are here too. No striving.No performance.Just presence.

Holy Thursday The day of surrender There comes a moment when the soul realizes that control cannot create peace. Today is about release.Not because you do not care.But because you care deeply, and you are learning that some things must be placed in God's hands. There are prayers you cannot force open.There are outcomes you cannot engineer.There are wounds you cannot heal by overthinking them.There are people you cannot change by carrying them. Reflection Ask yourself: What am I trying to hold together by force? What am I afraid will happen if I truly let God hold this? What have I mistaken as my responsibility when it was only my burden? Practice Write a short letter to God beginning with: God, I have been carrying... (Let the words come honestly. Do not edit them. Do not make them polished.
