Update from my e-com journey 2K+ days
As some of you might know from a previous post, I started my e-com journey on November 1st. While I was still figuring things out during the first few weeks, I managed to hit my first 2K day at the end of the month during Black Friday. Since then, I’ve been working hard to maintain that momentum and have been consistently hitting 2K days throughout December. However, I’ve noticed that I’m having to increase my ad spend significantly to keep up the momentum, which is cutting into my profits. I’m testing new strategies, but so far, nothing has really worked. Does anyone have any tips or tricks to help sustain this without having to rely so heavily on ad spend? Would appreciate any advice!
