Hello Tribe , The Summer has been quiet. Happy to share with everyone we have @Grayson Vu roughly 30 days away from starting his home ownership journey.Few tweaks and he is there! If you are new here I would Suggest investing your time into the first 3 modules - This is the foundation of your credit. The outcome AFTER understanding CREDIT Scores - Credit Structure is the actual Approval. Anything great worth doing takes time, Credit Repair - Funding - Building Successful businesses but through Education - Accountability & Mentorship we can prevail. Congrats buddy!

ChatGPT for the win!
I had a new private client start today... she asked ChatGPT what she could do to help her manage her neuropathy and it told her specifically to find an Iyengar Yoga teacher, which led her to me. ♥️ (I am the ONLY Iyengar Yoga teacher in the entire Phoenix metro area offering Iyengar Yoga classes and private therapy sessions for the general public.) I have never loved AI as much as I do right now! 🙏

Update on my progress.... 1. I have 6 students signed up for class tonight - my largest attendance yet! 4 of these students are brand new. 2. I have one new private client who is planning to continue but looking into if he can get his yoga therapy sessions covered/reimbursed by his HSA account first. I have another private client coming for her first session today - from there she will decide if she wants to continue 1:1 or with group classes. 3. All my bank accounts are still just above the $100 threshold I set so far. 4. My credit card is not maxed out. 5. I've posted three times on my social media account - just over the once/week goal. 6. Maintaining action steps as appropriate in preparation for funding applications.

Final update! 1. I have increased from 1.25 to 1.62 students/class. ⭐ 2. I have one new private client who booked a three month package at the grand opening special price. 🥳 3. After I deposit the payment this afternoon from the above-mentioned private client for her 3 month package, I will have no problem dividing the funds into my accounts to keep them all above $100. 💰 4. My credit card is (just barely lol) not maxed out. I've been frugal. 🫡 5. I am meeting my once/week posting goal on social media.📲 6. I have a 1:1 next week to begin preparing my funding applications. 🚀
