Hello everyone. I have been absent from everything recently as one of my best friend's passed away. The experience of sitting vigil with her for 2 weeks brought much grief and yet even in her silent passing this dear friend helped me grow, expand and get clear. Much has changed in my life and I am still in flux. However, a new day is dawning and I can feel myself giving birth to something bigger than myself. Stay tuned. Love and gratitude to all.

The fastest way to "level" up is to leave a comment under your welcome comment & then create a post, next leave some comments on other peoples comments - which can be as simple as tagging them and dropping a gif - You only need 5 interactions to hit level 2 and then level 3 will happen pretty quickly after - the object is to give people opportunities to like your stuff and comment so ask questions, drop gifs, be curious - have fun.

@Ali Davidson here is how to export gmail contacts as a csv file to import into Substack 📥 How to Export Gmail Contacts to CSV 1. Go to Google Contacts https://contacts.google.com 2. Select Contacts 3. Click “Export” 4. Choose Format 5. Click Export 6. Open or Save - open the file and look through it to delete the contacts you don't want to import. Don't forget to do this FIRST: adjust the email that goes out to imported contact in the Substack>dashboard>setting>email>welcome email to imported subscribers
