Anyone in the cohort that started today?

Went to my first networking event of the year. I was surprised on how well I spoke about mortgage note investing lol Connected with a local bank. Hopefully I can build that relationship and help them sell any delinquent mortgages they my have on their books.

Spent some time today doing the notes frameworks course and reviewing a couple of note spreadsheets. 💪🏾

Transparency post - I've kind of been not in tuned with notes for the past few weeks. Life things, work, another business, etc. Of course the feelings of guilt creep in, but I made a decision to recalibrate balancing all that I have going on without creating burnout, or being overwhelmed and not feeling bad when things get thrown out of whack. Sometimes you have to recalibrate. I appreciate the short YouTube videos that are really helpful and impactful for those times when you may not have the mental capacity to do a whole course or study a spreadsheet.
