Stretches and Increasing Strength techniques
Any stretch tips to open up my hips? Or ideas on strengthing my non dominate side (my left, which is weird cause Im left handed..anyway) I do stretch but i don't think my left side gets the memo...I have been drilling the snake walk and can only do it fluidly with my right leg leading. When I switch to my left it's a hot mess😭 help a sista out!
