Won auctions in AR 1 property won 2 weeks ago for $352 - redemption period has expired so just monitoring for it to be recorded 3 properties won last night for $1847 total. Super excited because 1 property is zoned for multi family and and the other 2 had houses on them that were demolished but that means my infrastructure is pretty much in place.
