🌿 Peace as a Lifestyle (Update + Reminder)
{My Peace Created a Great win} Just woke up from a very grounding calm nap, and I’m about to take a long, slow, meditative shower…….then dive straight into some yoga. Btw, I just woke up to 3 book sales & 2 people paying to personally work with me. This all happened in the span of a 1hr 15 min nap. I’m saying this because this is what a peaceful avatar actually looks like family. & ik yall been creating it too. A peaceful state should be a choice for us everyday tribe, we been doin this together…. Recalibrating the avatar. This is the lifestyle we building in The New Body Installation: - slowing the body down - choosing rest over rushing - choosing regulation over reaction - choosing Earth over the phone - choosing safety over stimulation By the time I’m done with my shower + yoga, it’ll be close to our 9PM No-Phone Protocol, so if I haven’t responded to your message today, I’ll get back to you tomorrow. I’m aligning my avatar with the exact frequency I’ve been teaching you: calm, grounded, safe, and present. The more I been living like this, the more my reality follows. And the same applies to you. Wassup tribe, it’s midday. I’m outside right now watching the rain, cause your body needs moments of peace in the middle of the day just as much as it needs structure in the morning. The New Body Installation is bout what you practice throughout the whole day. So here’s my question for you: Have you done ONE thing today to slow your avatar down and shift your body into a safe, peaceful frequency? It could’ve been: • watching the rain • breathing slower • taking a peaceful walk • sitting in silence • stretching • grounding your feet • pausing before reacting • choosing calm speed over urgency Anything that made your body feel like you’re safe. Because that’s the frequency your new timeline needs. Drop in the comments: “My moment of peace today was…” and tell me what you did. This will be your best Christmas gift to yourself, & also going a step higher than a new years resolution. 🔥 From December 8th–24th, we’re entering a custom portal, designed specifically for this Tribe called: The New Body Installation | Reborn into the Higher Self Don’t mistake this as some typa challenge or motivation cause that’s not what it is, this is a full nervous system + identity rebuild that will finally give you the abundance within you been seeking spiritually. This will take discipline and a true desire for wanting to have a safe body so your manifestations finally land and stay. Before we step into System Season on Monday, I need you to make a clear identity decision. Systems only work when we know WHO the system is being built for. Today, you’re going to define your next-level avatar so I can create the exact structures you need this month. Answer all 5 if you have the time to do so. Don’t need to be long answers unless you would like. 1. Who is your next-level avatar? Describe them in 2–3 sentences: How they feel, how they move, how they show up. 2. What does your next-level avatar DO daily? List the habits, the energy, or the rituals that version of you lives by. (Again, can be a short answer. Just need some direction) 3. What sabotages your avatar right now? Overthinking? Inconsistency? Emotional reactions? Phone addiction? No structure? Avoidance? Feeling unworthy or unsafe? This tells me what systems need to be built for the community. 4. What do you want to be consistent with this month? Pick 1–2 things max. This is your personal focus for System Season. 1. Who is your next-level avatar? My next level avatar feels safe and secure within the body, calm in the mind and very sure of herself. She is very grounded, at peace and moves with confidence. I prioritize my health (mind body spirit) particularly choosing healthier food options. I show up like I AM THAT GIRL (confident) and with an inner knowing that everything I need is already within me. 2. What does your next-level avatar DO daily? Meditate, eat well, patient with myself and others. Affirm myself until I believe what I say. 3. What sabotages your avatar right now? Self doubt, holding on to the past, Overthinking, Inconsistency, Emotional reactions, Phone addiction, lack of structure and self trust, Avoidance, Feeling unworthy and unsafe, hyper focusing on my problems, too attached to the outcome, 4. What do you want to be consistent with this month? meditating and waking up early AND starting my morning routine.

Tonight’s Live was 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 🔥🔥🔥🔥 (I want to put more 🔥🔥🔥but I don’t want to do the most lol) I didn’t expect to join but something in my spirit nudged me to do so. I stayed off camera and muted the entire time and Amier and Zion still managed to speak on everything I been mastering. Shout out to the @Arleny Abreu who was fearless enough to kick the convo off with where she is in her journey. Honorable mention to @Kiltalya Washington for touching on the piece of motherhood few people ever mention when discussing parenting.
