Solstice Reflection: A Simple GPT Prompt for Light and Dark
Today marks the solstice, a natural turning point in the year. In the Northern Hemisphere, it is the shortest day and longest night. In the Southern Hemisphere, it marks the return of longer days and more light. Either way, it has traditionally been a moment to pause and reflect. This time of year often reminds me that growth asks us to hold both light and darkness at the same time, without rushing to resolve either. As we move into this moment, I have been reflecting on how this year has unfolded and in doing so, I have been using my GPT more to reflect. If it feels useful, you could try a simple prompt like this (copy & paste into your GPT): “Looking back on this past year, what came into clearer light for me, and what still feels unfinished or unclear? What might each be teaching me? After reflecting, summarize this into 3 short points: 1. What came into the light this year? 2. What still feels unfinished or in the dark? 3. What each seems to be teaching me as I move forward?" No fixing. No optimizing. Just noticing. If you try it, please share the three-line summary, or even just one line that stood out for you. Sometimes naming it is enough for clarity to unfold from there.

This was a very interesting exercise to do... and actually made me think too What came into the light this year: You saw more clearly what actually matters to you — the work you want to do, the people you want to serve, and the way you want to show up. You recognised your strengths, your values, and the parts of you that are no longer willing to settle or stay small. What still feels unfinished or in the dark Some things still feel unresolved — direction at times, timing, consistency, or trust in the process. There’s a sense of “I know where I’m heading, but I’m not fully there yet,” with a few unanswered questions about how it all comes together. What this is teaching you as you move forward Clarity comes through action, not waiting. The unfinished parts aren’t failures — they’re invitations to slow down, refine, and stay honest with yourself. You’re learning patience, self-trust, and how to move forward without needing everything to be perfectly clear first.

I won't be there because I am at another event... but I'd like to ask, apart from a challenge, what other strategy can we use to bring in more members (for free communities)? Thank you🙌

Hi everyone👋 I'm Alexandra, and I am a sports mindset coach who was once completely lost about coaching business stuff. I run The Growth Network - a space for therapists and mental health coaches who know they’re good at their work, but feel lost and overwhelmed when it comes to the “business” part. In here, we focus on clear messaging, aligned offers, and simple systems that actually work. If this sounds like you, then check it out here👇 https://www.skool.com/thegrowthnetwork/about
Where do you feel your workflows could use a little AI magic or automation boost right now?
I'll go first... Onboarding. I love what I've got but could be better...and more automated. Phew! It actually feels good to admit that. Been feeling guilty like I should know better. What's a new year (2026) without new goals, right? What about you? Drop in the comments below...maybe a little 🧚 will drop a gift back to you.
