How should a story start in your opinion. Think about books you have read. Did they start with a character or with building a scene? Stories are built around characters but also around scenery. What is your favorite scenery to use? I love the ocean but I also love mountain scenery. Which is easier for you scenery or character building?

Coming back from the biggest battle with the cyclops and Troy. they make it as close as they can to their home, a storm would then begin,eurylochus looks at odysseus "captian the storms getting really bad our ship is taking way too much damage...I dont know if we'll even survive to make it back to the island" odysseus smirks and looks at eurylochus "its okay brother we'll be okay as long as we follow where the island is we will be okay" eurylochus looks at him like hes stupid and starts calling for the men to keep going and to not stop as long as they stuck to where the island was it'll all be okay. Waves would hit the boat at very dangerous speed and delicate matters needed to be dealt with odysseus was too focused on getting back to the island thst he forgot whats even going on but then before anything there it is, the island in the sky odysseus instantly knew what this was and turned to his men "alright men...see that island grab a harpoon and shoot at it and attach a s string to it", the men listened as they aimed and shot at the island in the sky odysseus knew exactly what he had planned and it was definitely something good.

A long time ago in Japan people were scared of the oni a terrifying demon there are a lot of stories in japan of these creatures but im here to tell you a short story, one that ended in tragedy, back in the day a long long long time ago in japan a woman who shall not be named was walking and decided she would go collect flowers every day at noon, she would go collect more flowers aka lily flowers those were her favorites for unknown reasons she hated when anyone called them ugly or anything but she was heading home that night and she ended up falling asleep on the streets, waking up in a dark pitch area she looked around...nothing it was quiet it felt like her ear was buzzing she was definitely going through it she stopped in her tracks as she heard a sound she turned behind and there it was...a dark black shadowy figure standing it looked like...her sister who passed away, maybe thats why she loved lily flowers so much her sister was a big fan of lily flowers...now she understood she apologized to her sister "please sister...i didnt mean to kill you...it was a mistake" what a twist....she killed her own sister...how awful how pleadfully awful her sister walked slowly to her and then....hugged her... "*no need to apologize sister....im sorry you killed me*" her own sister...was apologizing for her own death and forgiving her sister for killing her...the demon then went on to tell her that it was indeed a demon...and that her sister still loves her even when dead no matter what...it was a accidental murder the woman than woke up as people checked on her...she was shocked and felt her heart jump...her own sister still loved her even after murder she felt...happy and yet...that demon was right....she shouldn't grieve on it too much...she just stood up and accepted it walking away heading home. 07/03/26 AK

5 years ago 3 orphans went missing in rainville Arkansas the wind was a breeze today it felt nice but something was up those 3 missing orphans...the disappearance was...weird they shouldn't go missing out of nowhere but at the same time I met those orphans like 6 years ago but again there was nothing you could do but as soon as I heard they went missing I instantly turned to find them they were nice kids aswell...how...I wondered and thought for months about this case was it really this hard? But then I remembered there was a secret garden behind the orphanage, I put on my coat and headed straight to the orphanage going to the back and there it was, the garden it looked nice and since it was sunny out it made it look more beautiful but I smelt something funny I look over and find the bodies of the 3 kids...they were dead I was breathless sitting like apple juice outside the fridge but I did more investigating and then I figured it out, the woman who owns it killed them out of anger and felt guilt, putting them in the garden hoping no one would find them, we went to go arrest her and put her in jail of course I then found her dead aswell, she committed is what I can only assume to this day im still lost ill never figure it out maybe it wont get as worse as this. 07/03/26 AK

The was once a flower he was a red spider lily the other flowers didn't like him but one day there was a blue spider lily and they became friends since no one likes them they became friends and other spider Lily's got planted so all of them became friends and the other flowers were seeing that the spider Lily's were not scary at all so they all became friends the end.
