Happy FriYAY! ☀️😎🎉 my win this week, is Trusting the process. Overall down 7.2 lb, in 4 weeks, feeling energized, don’t feel deprived, cardio workouts seem less of a struggle. Not all days are glitter and rainbows, but this is a win. Something I’m working on, is emotional eating, because I’ve noticed when I’m too stressed, I don’t eat, so than I’m not meeting protein goals, I will tend to snack more, versus having wholesome meals, BUT not once have I ever felt deprived and still seeing and feeling change in my body composition, and that’s a good feeling.
