I Was on Google's Agent Factory Podcast (Live Gemini 3 Demo)
Hey guys! I just got to sit down with Smitha Kullan and Vlad Kolesnikov from Google on their Agent Factory podcast—and the timing couldn't have been better. Google released Gemini 3 Pro literally hours before we recorded. So we got to dive deep into building production-ready AI agents, I did a live demo of my market research AI employee workflow, and we nerded out about everything from Gemini CLI to building entire AI workforces. If you've been wondering how to actually build AI agents that do real work for you, this episode is packed with actionable strategies. You can watch the full episode below and make sure to subscribe to their channel! Here's what we covered: ✅ Live demo: How I use Gemini CLI to build market research AI employees that search across entire markets in parallel ✅ My "AI-first" philosophy—how I've built AI employees to handle everything from customer research to email ghostwriting ✅ The SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) framework for creating AI employees that follow instructions at scale ✅ How I never write code anymore—I just review it while AI does the heavy lifting ✅ Real examples from my EMS startup showing AI doing market research across multiple cities simultaneously ✅ Why Gemini 3 Pro is crushing it for high-level reasoning and agentic operations Plus, Vlad showed off an insane AI video creation agent using Google's Agent Development Kit (ADK) that generates educational videos with a talking capybara. You have to see it to believe it. Whether you're just getting started with AI agents or you're looking to automate more of your business operations, this conversation is exactly what you need right now. P.S. Black Friday is here—and for the first time ever, Shipkit is offering our biggest discount of the year. If you want to start building production-ready AI applications with pre-built templates, Claude Code mastery modules, and everything you need to ship AI Chat, RAG, ADK agents, and more—now's the time. Skip the boilerplate, learn the workflows, and start shipping real AI applications in days instead of months.

I have watched your section a couple of times now, and am trying to wrap my head around what exactly is happening here. So a few questions: This "Project" has a few different .MD files with your instructions. Like your core, you have your ghostwriter, and company_info. I assume this is your ghostwriter for this project (meaning for the ERM project) correct? And I am guessing the 1_research_city creates the folders with what it finds, then the 2_aggregate refines that, and finally the outreach creates the message to each aggregate result? I would love to see a tutorial on something like this (I am guessing you don't want to give too much away on this project). Thanks again!
OT - Anyone installed MacOS Tahoe?
What are your thoughts and have you noticed any 'annomalies' with the siftware you use. specificaly dev software like Cursor etc?

I am still very new to the Mac world. In Windows, I was always up to date (only got the best of me a very few times). But as a musician, I always heard my studio friends going on about Mac updates. So with these OS updates, do you have to go look for them? I don't see that my system is showing this as an option yet.
Clear the decks - It's almost Launch time
I am not saying I am excited, but it is Shipkit Launch day tomorrow!! 1 Day 15 hours for me. Cant wait. Updated my Mac's and PCs to latest updates, Cleared my Calender for Saturday and Sunday. No doubt the better half will have tasks for me to do, and I have my volunteering commitments all day Saturday (but thats UK daytime). Night time though, its gonna be Shipkit!!

I’m definitely looking forward to finding out how wrong I’ve been using it—hahahaha! 😅 That said, I have to give credit where it’s due… everything I’ve tried so far has just worked. Super impressed already. Also really looking forward to diving into the video training modules—excited to see what I’ve missed and what new tricks are in store!
Let's go Ship Kit
🔥 Shoutout @Brandon Hancock for 👉🏿Ship Kit! I’m really impressed by the amount of value it provides. The templates alone could easily be worth the full price💯. At the pre-sell rate, it’s an incredible deal and a complete no-brainer. I’m excited for the full course release on September 20th. If you’re considering it, do yourself a favor and jump in now.

I could not agree more. Just testing it without much knowledge about how to use it, I was able to spin up an application that fully works. 😳
Claude Model now supports 1M Tokens
As discussed on the weekly call earlier today, this is great news for getting the larger code bases reviewed in the model. The next step is to make the pricing more affordable, but unfortunately, this does not seem to be a priority for Anthropic. https://www.anthropic.com/news/1m-context

This is really exciting news! I haven’t tested it yet, but I imagine the 1M token context will make a huge difference for larger projects. From what I’ve seen, Anthropic has done a great job at building tools that handle big, complex codebases (better than OpenAI in this area IMO). 😁
