what worked for me!
i recenlty started using scripts to sell content and it was a game changer! definetly something all of us who are new should implement! currently creating scripts for every siutuation!

Scripts are underrated tbh. The real unlock is not just having scripts, but knowing which fan deserves which angle. That’s why tools with fan notes/buying power signals/chat history summaries can help a lot - otherwise chatters are basically guessing.
scaling past one account is where most agencies quietly start leaking
real talk for the operators. everyone obsesses over getting MORE accounts, nobody talks about what breaks when you do. and it breaks in a really specific, expensive way. one account is deceptively easy because you ARE the infrastructure. you carry the fan knowledge, the schedule, the whos-hot list in your head, and at that scale it works flawlessly. so you scale assuming it transfers. it doesnt. i went to 4 accounts, ~700 active fans total, and discovered my "operation" was just me — three accounts deep i couldnt tell you who my top spenders were per account without digging, and convos were dropping in the seams between accounts where nobody owned the context. the leak isnt dramatic. its a whale on account 3 going quiet while youre heads-down on account 1. its a chatter taking a shift blind because the notes live somewhere else. multiply that across accounts and the margin just evaporates. what stopped it: one standardized operating layer across every account — same fan profiles, same numbers, same handoff process, visible to the whole team regardless of which account. i run it through onlystack now (theyve had me on a free advanced plan a while) but the standardization is the actual lever, not the brand. for the bigger operators — at what account count did running each one ad-hoc officially stop working?

This is exactly the part most people underestimate. Scaling accounts isn’t just “add more chatters” - it’s keeping fan context, notes, whale history and handoffs clean enough so money doesn’t leak between shifts. Curious, what was the first thing you standardized that made the biggest difference - fan profiles, shift handoffs, or spender tracking?
OFM owners, quick question
If you already have models and traffic coming in, what’s harder right now: - getting more traffic - managing chatters - tracking which fans are worth time - knowing which traffic source brings real spenders - keeping CRM/workflows clean Curious what the biggest pain is for agencies that are already operating, not just starting out.

I outreached 100+ OFM creators in a week… and only got 2 serious replies 👀
Hey guys, genuine question for people already in the OFM space. Last week I spent time outreaching OFM creators/models on Twitter because I noticed something: a lot of creators only use direct links or basic link pages, and honestly many of them feel messy, broken, or don’t really build trust/conversion properly. So I started building cleaner landing pages/funnels for creators. Not just “pretty pages,” but pages that: - organize their content better - connect properly with their community/links - feel more premium - and guide visitors more naturally toward becoming paying customers - I recently worked on a funnel/page for Rin foster + another creator, and after seeing the difference, I genuinely felt there’s value in this. But despite outreaching 100+ people, I only got 2 real responses 😅 So now I wanted honest opinions from agency owners or creators here: Do OFM creators actually care about funnels/branding/pages? Or do most people only care about traffic + posting volume? Also one more thing:I usually show the work first before even discussing payment because I want people to actually SEE the value before anything else. Would genuinely appreciate real feedback from people in this space 🙌

Good point. Cleaner landing pages can definitely help with trust/conversion. From what I’ve seen with OFM teams, the next big leak is usually after the fan clicks through - tracking which traffic sources bring actual paying fans, and then helping chatters prioritize the fans most likely to spend. How are you currently tracking performance after the click - just link clicks, or also subs/revenue per source?
