🛡️ MORNING MUSTER: Declare Your Mission
I'm gonna upload the questions below every single day to make you have a clear vision of what you need to do today and hold accountance to it - this will lower the chance of slacking. We don't drift. We aim. 1. The Physical: What is the workout today? 2. The Mental: What is the ONE task you must complete to win the day? Comment below. If you don't declare it, you might won't do it.

Workout: 90 minutes of Muay Thai Mental: Finishing the work that needs to be done, without looking at my emotions (tired, don't want to do this, bla bla...)

Wealth. But at the same time that is due to a lack of discipline. Would I have been disciplined over the past years and really pushed through my business ideas, then my life would've looked completely different now

@Daniel Berger I will! And you will too!
How Does Your Weekly Training Regime Look?
Every Spartan trains differently depending on goals, lifestyle, and injuries… So I’m curious to learn from the community: What does your weekly training routine actually look like? How many days do you: – Strength train? – Run or do cardio? – Mobility or recovery work? – Any skills or sport-specific sessions? Always interesting to see how others structure their week and maybe get some new ideas to improve my own training.

@Daniel Berger Appreciate it Daniel. Your four day cycle sounds solid. I am currently training 3 times/week Muay thai and I have 3 gym sessions.

@Raymond 'TJ' Fahnbulleh Nice Raymond. Five days on with compound work is a strong approach
Run
Had an easy run today, 8km. Next time I'd keep the HR lower. How was your day?

Why You Need To Be Bored
Being bored is simply disappearimg from our world. Think about it - when you wait for the elevator, for the water to boil you always have the phone turned on. Thing is, being concusely bored at times is more important than we can imagine. The thechnological revolution is taking on of our most important resources - attention. That's the first reason, we slowely lack the ability to concentrate, whether it's being always alert which steals some of the attention and whether it's lacking the ability to concentrate for longer periods of time. The second reason is that some tasks are just boring. It doesn't mean that they are not impirtant, they are simply boring. Losing the ability to be bored meaning losing the ability the do those tasks. Do you like posts of this kind? Would you like to see more of them?

When people slow down and allow themselves to be “bored” for a moment, their coordination and focus improve like crazy. Boredom forces you to reconnect with your body and your attention. I would love to see more posts like this!
